Questions, corrections and suggestions are genuinely welcome here. Cycler Guide was built to answer real questions from real riders, so hearing what you're actually stuck on makes the site better.

How to reach Cycler Guide

There is no contact address published for Cycler Guide yet. One will be added to this page once it is set up. Until then, this page cannot put you in touch with the site — it sets out what the address will be for when it exists.

What will be worth sending

Found a mistake? That is the most useful message you can send. If something on this site is inaccurate, out of date or unsafe, errors get corrected rather than quietly left alone. Pointing one out is doing this site a favor.

Got a cycling question that isn't answered here? Worth saying. Questions from readers are a good indication of which guides are worth writing next.

Think a product or topic deserves a look? Suggestions are welcome. To be clear about what a suggestion is and isn't: it's a pointer, not a purchase. Recommendations on this site aren't for sale, and a suggestion doesn't buy a place in a guide — see the Affiliate Disclosure and the Editorial Policy.

Feedback on the site itself? Useful. Whether a guide answered your question or wasted your time, both are worth knowing.

Brands and manufacturers

Corrections to factual details about a product — a specification, a torque figure, a model year — are welcome, with a pointer to the documentation they come from.

Requests to change a verdict, remove a criticism, or pay for a placement are not. See the Editorial Policy.

What this site can't help with

A few things to know, so you don't waste your time:

  • Diagnosing your specific bike remotely. Cycler Guide publishes general guides. It can't see, hear or ride your bike, and safety-critical problems belong with a qualified mechanic. See the Disclaimer.
  • Medical questions. Pain, injury or a fit problem that hurts belongs with a doctor or a qualified bike fitter.
  • Legal questions. Traffic and e-bike rules vary by state — your local rules are the authority.
  • Orders, prices, stock or warranties. This site doesn't sell anything. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, and they're the ones who can help.

Privacy

Whatever you send is used to answer you and nothing else. It isn't sold, added to a mailing list, or shared for marketing — see the Privacy Policy. Privacy and data-deletion requests will go to the same address once one is published here.
